Responsibilities

  • Educate clients about their benefit options, including coverage types, eligibility requirements, and enrollment procedures.
  • Assist clients with the implementation and administration of their benefits.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding their benefits.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefit programs and industry trends.
  • Work closely with clients to resolve any issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to team goals and sales initiatives by providing excellent service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in benefits administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
