As a BCBA at Joyscape, you will:
- Provide high-quality, ethical, family-centered direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients of all ages and backgrounds, including developing, managing, and implementing a treatment plan
- Complete comprehensive assessment reports including caregiver interviews, developmental assessments, FBAs, and thorough treatment plan write ups
- Develop ethical Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that focus on proactive strategies and antecedent manipulations
- Support parents by providing ABA coaching and consistent and ongoing feedback, collaborating on treatment goals and progress, and seeking feedback both formally and informally
- Analyze data and monitor progress on an ongoing basis, modifying treatment goals and updating programs as clinically recommended
- Collaborate with OT/ST/PT and teachers when applicable; encourage multidisciplinary approach with families
- Continuously learn and grow as a clinician, including attending continuing education events and staying up-to-date on literature
- (Optional) Provide BCBA training and supervision to Program Managers, who are clinicians who are either soon-to-be-certified or newly certified

Requirements
- BCBA Certification and Master’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience minimum, with at least 2 of those years as a BCBA. (If you have been a BCBA for less than two years, our Program Manager position may be a better fit for you!)
- Experience in goal setting, report writing, and conducting assessments including ESDM, VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, or equivalent
- Driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance for driving to sessions
- A positive, high-energy attitude and strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in NBDI, ESDM, NET, and/or PRT
