Auto Body Estimator

AGC Collision Center is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our client-focused team. As the first point of contact in our client-based experience, the Estimator plays a crucial role in representing the face of our customer service and the initial vehicle estimating process. We prioritize bringing vehicles back to a safe condition using OEM specifications. The ideal candidate should have a growth mindset with integrity as their core value.

• Greet and Assist Guests:
• Provide a welcoming and positive experience for customers.
• Check in vehicles and photograph them at check-in and during the repair process.
• Research and Follow OEM Repair Procedures:
• Stay updated on OEM repair procedures to ensure accurate and safe repairs.
• Blueprint and Prepare Repair Plan:
• Create repair plans, responsible for all aspects of the repair order.
• Repair Order Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of repair orders.
• Customer and Insurance Communications:
• Communicate effectively with customers and insurance representatives.
• Attend Daily Production Meetings:
• Participate in daily production meetings to stay informed about repair progress.
• Final Vehicle Check and Delivery:
• Conduct a final check on repaired vehicles before delivery to ensure quality.
• Follow SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures):
• Adhere to SOPs to maintain consistency in repair processes.
• Be a Team Player:
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.
• Computer Savvy:
• Proficient in using CCC ONE and other relevant software.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience as a Blueprinter/ Estimator
• Attitude is crucial.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.
