Audit Senior

Hire Resolve has a client based in Irvine CA which is currently seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join their team. As an Audit Senior, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and developing junior staff. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small operators to large corporations, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead audit engagements from start to finish with minimum supervision
• Build and manage client relationships and provide superior service delivery
• Supervise, train and mentor junior staff members on the audit team
• Perform risk assessments and internal control reviews on client processes and operations
• Prepare and review financial statements, audit reports and other deliverables
• Identify and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA or in progress
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in external audit with a public accounting firm
• Strong understanding of GAAP and audit standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
