Audio Visual Technical Project Lead

The Audio Visual (A/V) Technical Project Lead role will be responsible for end-to-end delivevideo conferencing and A/V solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Gather requirements, collaborate with design engineers, project manage theimplementation of video conferencing and A/V solutions for conference rooms and sp

environments

Collaborate with Real Estate & Development, architect, general contractor, procurem

network, voice teams to develop A/V project plans, manage timelines and risksManage the activities of A/V integration vendors including but not limited to, review a

approve proposals, validate drawings, and ensure installation is in accordance with

standards.

Track and document A/V inventory

Deliver project status reports to stakeholders

Key Qualifications

Deep expertise with video conferencing, A/V switching and control hardware (Cisco,

Crestron preferred)

Ability to manage A/V integration vendors with a wide range of design, construction,technology specialists across multiple projects and geographies

Familiar with Apple devices (AppleTV, iPad, MacBook, iMac)Ability to interpret CAD drawings and signalflow diagrams

Good understanding of network technologies and security concepts

Personal sense of accountability

Able to multitask in a dynamic environment and complete tasks on time

Excellent customer service and able to communicate effectively with personnel at all l

(staff to executive)

Able to quickly adapt to new technical concepts, processes, and tools

Experience and education

5+ years related experience

CTS certification or equivalent are a plus

Spanish and Portuguese language skills is a plus
