Associate Therapists

The Associate Therapist is responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to clients under the supervision of a licensed clinician. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health issues and treatment modalities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients of all ages
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers
• Document client progress and outcomes
• Stay up-to-date on the latest research and evidence-based practices in therapy
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
