About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic Associate Manager, Key Accounts to help support and lead key activities for our most important retailers. This role will liaise with retailers and other external partners, lead cross-functional projects, analyze weekly sales, and manage new product launches. As a key team member, you will partner with the brand, education, and visual merchandising teams to drive retail sales.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Brief content team on all retail creative requests and manage calendars and timelines for creative tasks, collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets and feedback, and take charge of uploading assets to retailer portals
  • Assist with off-shelf assortment selection for visual merchandising, create add/delete forms for VM updates per retailer, and communicate final assortment plans to retailers while providing VM team with updates and deliverable timelines
  • Complete multi-step setup for new items in retailer portals, upload creative assets and educational content guides to retailers, distribute new product samples, and gather retailer feedback along with collecting digital launch exposure highlights
  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis for similar products, and share relevant product information across teams for the master product file
  • Build effective relationships with assigned accounts, plan and communicate sampling activities with them
  • Enter all manual retail and sample orders accurately, process account-specific return authorizations in NetSuite, and maintain/update purchase order forms, relaying changes to retailers
  • Analyze sales data to update weekly reports for relevant accounts, conduct monthly audits of retailer sites, flagging necessary updates, and facilitate communication between internal teams and retailers regarding stock, NPD comp delays, etc.

What you'll bring:

  • We Don't Compete We Collaborate – this role will work cross-functionally across both internal and external teams. We’re looking for someone with a collaborative spirit.
  • 2+ years previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
  • At least one year experience working with Sephora, Ulta, or Target
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or relevant field
  • Excel experience – pivot tables or other formulas
  • Passionate and deep understanding of the beauty industry
  • A detail-oriented person who’s able to multi-task multiple projects based on the needs of the business
  • Experienced with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Drive
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint, Asana, NetSuite, Sephora Brand Portal, and other tools a plus
