Associate Dentist

Our family practice is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team.

We are committed to providing exceptional dental care to our patients. We are a private fee-for-service dental office that offers comprehensive dental services, including routine and emergency care, as well as specialty procedures. We need a bread and butter general dentist with at least a couple of years experience. Implants and Endo a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general dental care to patients, including performing routine exams, fillings, and extractions.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs.
• Collaborate with our team of dental professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry to provide the best treatment options to our patients.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30- 5:30 and some Saturdays (if Sat is worked, then a day off during the week)

Requirements

• Dental license in good standing
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience in cosmetic dentistry is a plus

Benefits

Base pay of $750-900 daily or % of production, whichever is higher.  25% of production up to $50,000 a month; if above that, 30%
