Associate Attorney- Personal Injury (1-4 years of experience)

Direct Counsel is looking for a dedicated and driven Associate Attorney specializing in Personal Injury to join a reputable law firm located in Los Angeles, CA. Requirements

• Assist in all phases of personal injury litigation, from case intake through resolution.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
• Manage a caseload effectively under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Participate in depositions and court appearances as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their cases.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 1-4 years of experience in personal injury law preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
