Assocaite Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with a focus on trust, estate, and probate matters. The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys and clients, managing cases from inception through resolution. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and assist with case strategy.
• Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on trust, estate, and probate issues.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal solutions.
• Attend mediations, court appearances, and hearings as required.
• Collaborate with other team members and staff to ensure effective case management.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on trust, estate, and probate matters preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
