We're looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our remote US recruitment team and help connect potential franchise partners with the right opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a self-motivated sales professional who loves connecting with people and has a proactive mindset. You’ll be the first point of contact for franchise inquiries, responsible for qualifying leads and setting appointments for our Franchise Sales Managers.

This is a remote, casual role with the opportunity to earn significant commissions by driving new franchise partnerships across California and beyond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Lead Qualification:
Respond to inbound franchise inquiries and qualify potential candidates to ensure they meet Success Tutoring’s criteria.

🔹 Appointment Setting:
Book and schedule meetings for Franchise Sales Managers to present the Success Tutoring opportunity to qualified prospects.

🔹 Relationship Building:
Develop rapport with prospective franchise partners by engaging in meaningful conversations and understanding their motivations.

🔹 Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and appointments in our CRM system.

🔹 Collaboration:
Work closely with our US Franchise Sales Manager and Sydney-based executive team to optimize the recruitment process and ensure prospects are fully prepared for their meetings.

BENEFITS & REMUNERATION

💰 Base Salary: $2,000/month (fully remote)
💸 Commission: $2,000 per franchise sale (uncapped)

Requirements

✅ Sales Experience: You have experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales and are comfortable on the phone.
✅ People Skills: You know how to build trust quickly and make prospects feel heard and understood.
✅ Organizational Skills: You are highly organized, able to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks efficiently.
