Position Overview:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the company achieves its goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee production, supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • Team Development: Build and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Financial Management: Work closely with the accounting team to optimize budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure operations comply with industry standards and regulations.
