Requirements

Operational Leadership: Oversee production, supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Financial Management: Work closely with the accounting team to optimize budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets.

Technology Adoption: Advocate for and implement technological advancements to enhance scalability and productivity.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure operations comply with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior operations or leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, production, and logistics.
