Requirements

As our chosen Maintenance Supervisor, every day you will manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources to accomplish property objectives. You will also coordinate and perform property maintenance/repairs as needed or requested by residents and/or property management staff. Property maintenance/repair duties may include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, keys and locks, appliances, lighting systems, carpentry, etc. Perform duties to turn apartments; ensure that move-in standards are met and coordinate and perform preventive maintenance. Furthermore, maintain adequate maintenance supply inventory by selecting and ordering supplies and monitoring the maintenance supply budget. Antelope Valley Apartments (120 Units) is a beautiful Tax Credit apartment community in Lancaster, CA are and we want YOU to be our Maintenance Supervisor!

To thrive in this role:

One plus year’s relevant experience, multi-family a plus, 100 or more units

Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair

Employees must provide own hand tools and be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices.

Superior customer service skills

Ability to work one weekend day per week with the capability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotation

Participate in on-call rotation
