Job Summary: As an AI and Coding Monster Intern at Pixona, you will work closely with our development team to build and enhance our AI-driven recruitment solutions. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a talented coder to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will be involved in various aspects of software development, from writing clean and efficient code to troubleshooting and optimizing our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Code Development: Write, test, and maintain high-quality code for various components of our AI recruiting agent and ATS/CRM platform.
• Feature Implementation: Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features that enhance the functionality and user experience of our products.
• Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues to ensure the stability and efficiency of our platform.
• Optimization: Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Documentation: Document code, processes, and technical specifications to support ongoing development and maintenance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Currently Enrolled in a Relevant Degree Program: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Programming Languages: Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
• Familiarity with Development Tools: Experience with development tools and frameworks such as Git, Docker, and modern IDEs.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
