We are looking for a full-time Affiliate/Partnerships Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for highly motivated marketer individuals with a passion for fostering relationships and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and affiliate networks. You will be responsible for developing and managing our partner program of affiliate partnerships for VisitorsCoverage and B2B partner relationships through our platform Treppy.
As our Strategic Partnerships and Affiliate Specialist, you will be central in steering our affiliate marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on cultivating robust relationships, from strategic planning and partner recruitment to execution and performance analysis.

We are located in Santa Clara, California, and are looking for local candidates only. This is not a remote position. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. No new H1B visas will be processed but a H1B transfer may be considered for the right candidate.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners while strengthening existing relationships to enhance performance and growth.
- Manage the entire affiliate lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and operations execution, utilizing affiliate marketing platforms.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for our affiliate program that align with our broader business objectives, including partner selection, campaign design, and performance optimization.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI and effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with a diverse range of affiliates and partners, extending beyond the travel and insurance sectors to include untapped markets.
- Collaborate with partners to create marketing campaigns that align with our brand goals and values.
- Monitor affiliate practices and ensure compliance with our company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new partnerships.
- Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline, and activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to continually enhance and update the asset libraries used by affiliates, ensuring materials are effective.
- Deliver monthly presentations to the executive team, highlighting wins, challenges, and opportunities for business growth.
- Occasional travel may be required to attend conferences, meet with clients, or fulfill other business-related purposes.
Required Skills:
- Must have 2-4 years of hands-on experience growing partnerships and affiliates.
- Proactive in initiating conversations, networking, reaching out to potential prospects, sending cold emails, or exploring creative ways to engage with ideal partners.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding set targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- This role requires a proactive approach to managing the entire partner development life cycle, from discovery to onboarding and ongoing management.
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with Affiliate network platforms like impact.com, CJ, and CRM tools like Hubspot.
- Understanding the travel insurance industry is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field. MBA preferred.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an Affiliate and Partner Management Role in e-commerce or online business.
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales cycles, and channel management.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 and is dependent of experience and qualifications.
