Full Job Description
We are looking for a goal-driven and engaging Kingdom-minded Admissions Counselor who will connect with prospective students and support them in pursuing their personal and professional goals through our program.

Qualifications
- Understands and advocates Bethel Church culture and core values
- At least one year of previous professional outbound sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, customer-tracking software.
- Displayed track record of advanced performance and ability to meet objectives.
- Ability to work in a goal-driven and measured performance environment.
- Experience representing high-value products and services to a diverse customer base.
- High service-orientation and strong desire to work in a mission-driven culture and work in the best interests of the students.
- Advanced understanding of relationship building, understanding motivations and personal and professional aspirations.
- Experience creating and maintaining strong relationships with students, customers and staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong investigative and listening skills to solve problems and provide solutions
- Driven, self-motivated, self-starter
- Desire to work in a progressive, high energy and achievement-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to plan and forecast accurately, leveraging technology and reporting tools.
- Demonstrable time management experience and ability to multitask and manage a variety of daily activities including outbound calling and applicant follow up.
- This role has minimal lifting requirements, may require exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Requires minimal (0–10 percent) business travel
- May occasionally require travel to off-site meetings as requested and based on business needs.
- A minimum of 40 calls per day
- A minimum of 5 enrollments a month
- Salary : $16-18/hour
