Accounts Payable Manager Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our clients to manage and streamline their accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable function for multiple clients.
• Develop and implement accounts payable policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Monitor and resolve any accounts payable discrepancies or issues.
• Perform regular analysis of accounts payable data, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any payment-related inquiries or concerns.
• Train and mentor accounts payable staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable management or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounts payable processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Netsuite, or SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
