Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Manager for our Fresno and Clovis branches. As the largest family-owned supplier of landscape and irrigation products in the country, Ewing Outdoor Supply is committed to providing professionals in the landscape, irrigation, sports fields, and golf course industries with the supplies they need to create healthy and sustainable environments. With our vast range of products, including irrigation supplies, water-efficient solutions, landscape and turf products, hardscape materials, and more, we are dedicated to supporting the success of our customers.

As an Account Manager, you will be key in supporting our continued growth in Fresno County . You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts, as well as generating new business opportunities within the region. This position requires a combination of excellent sales and relationship-building skills, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing them with excellent service and product recommendations
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other business development activities
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery to customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the landscape, irrigation, or related industries
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of landscape and irrigation products and technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Fresno County and surrounding areas
