Full Job Description
One of California’s leading educational service providers, FLEX College Prep, is seeking dynamic and customer-driven individuals to drive sales within assigned markets and provide outstanding service to its diverse client base. The Academic Operations Supervisor performs a valuable role supporting the sales and operations departments as well a primary contact for clients. This position will report directly to FLEX’s Director of Academic Operations.
What you’ll do:
Operations Support
- Oversee Operations Staff at 3 locations
- Perform all administrative tasks related to FLEX services, ensuring smooth operations both in-person and online.
- Monitor and track data related to customer satisfaction and student progress.
- Oversee all of FLEX's California facilities, including coordinating lease agreements, and utilities, and maintaining a professional center aesthetic.
Sales Support
- Work with the Director for Academic Service Operations on sales promotions/ pricing structures.
- Coordinate and Facilitate marketing efforts, including webinars, seminars, direct mailings, etc.
- Manage FLEX institutional partnerships, ensuring excellent student satisfaction.
- Ensure high standards of post-sale service and manage program data and analytics to enhance service quality.
- Maintain an updated CRM system, provide accurate sales forecasts, and optimize lead management.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
Where you’ll do it:
- Northern California: Cupertino or Palo Alto; occasional travel to Fremont and Irvine offices
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MUST have 3+ years exp managing a staff of 4-5 direct reports
- 2+ years of administrative / sales operations experience
- Experience working in education, college prep or related industry strongly preferred
- Strong MS Office and CRM database experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and co-workers
- Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to multi-task
