Full Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to help them improve their social and behavioral skills.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to determine individualized treatment goals and intervention plans
• Implement ABA techniques and strategies to address behavioral and social deficits
• Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of interventions
• Collaborate with a team of professionals, including supervisors, parents, and other therapists
• Provide guidance and support to families
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field
• Certification or eligibility for certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
• Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
