JK Seva, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Symplr, API Healthcare Consultant to join our team. As a leading provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) services and solutions, JK Seva helps clients across various industries optimize their workforce management processes. We are looking for a consultant to help support, upgrade, implement, and customize API Healthcare solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
As an API Healthcare Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide expert advice on API Healthcare system configuration, integration, and optimization. You will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting API Healthcare solutions, as well as training end-users on system functionality. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce management requirements and provide expert advice on API Healthcare system configuration and optimization.
- Client support, Implementation, and customization of API Healthcare solutions to meet client needs, including system integration and data migration.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure the successful implementation and operation of API Healthcare solutions.
- Train end-users on API Healthcare system functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, sales, and business consultants, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, features, and best practices related to API Healthcare solutions and workforce management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with API Healthcare solutions, including system configuration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of workforce management processes and best practices.
- Experience with system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- API Healthcare certification is preferred.
- Experience with other HCM and ERP systems such as UKG and Infor is a plus.
