Qualitest is looking for a Data Collection Coordinator in San Diego, CA (onsite) to join our rapidly expanding teams!

Responsibilities

• Participant scheduling, intake and coordination

• Room staging, decor and lighting changes to maintain capture environment. Maintain capture environment and implement lighting and staging changes as required

• Use client provide proprietary equipment to perform data collection protocols as trained

• Prep and maintain assigned equipment and ensure security of prototype devices

• Prep participants for data capture including intake, NDAs, scripting and answering questions

• Respond swiftly to project updates and changes

• Provide feedback to operations lead on project improvements

• Perform data uploads and quality control checks

• Help with participant outreach and scheduling

• Troubleshooting: Ability to mitigate issues, customer-facing or technology related

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

•Strong face to face customer service experience

•Strong communication skills with professional appearance and demeanor

•Technologically adept and familiar with troubleshooting with iOS devices

•Organized and detail oriented

•Thrives in a team environment

•Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Experience

•Experience in a related role such as customer service or data collection

•Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and its components (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)

•College degree
