3rd Key

Vista Paint Corporation, a prominent manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of high-quality paints and sundries, is looking for a dedicated 3rd Key Associate to join our team. This role is essential in managing store operations effectively and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

The 3rd Key Associate will work flexible hours determined by business needs and including weekends, with the responsibility of opening and closing the store. You will serve as the acting manager in the absence of the Store Manager, leading the team and fostering a supportive environment.

• Perform key management duties including opening and closing the store, ensuring proper alarm activation and deactivation.
• Assist customers with inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional service to enhance store sales.
• Supervise and direct staff in store operations and assist in training new team members.
• Manage cash registers, balance the cash drawer daily, and ensure bank deposits are made.
• Coordinate inventory management, including stocking shelves and transferring products as necessary.
• Tint and match paint to meet customer needs and specifications.
• Ensure the store is clean and well-organized, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Handle delivery tasks to customer job sites as required.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.

Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds is required.
