Full Job Description
Sigma Defense is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to script, document, advise, and assist in the building of multiple cloud Azure environments for the Department of Defense. The candidate should be knowledgeable in executing new frameworks across multiple environments and capable of working in a diverse team of professionals with different expertise. The hired candidate must be willing to work on a new program and help build the deployment and sustainment scripts from the ground up.

Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience and a Security+ certification.
- Microsoft Azure Cloud Engineering experience.
- Gitlab, Cloud Compute, Kubernetes, and SCAP experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing software version control and software source code base.
- Demonstrated experience developing software using an Agile framework.
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess an active, DoD-issued TS/SCI security clearance or higher.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology or related field of study.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
- Design, develop, and improve the automation pipeline and integrated deployment processes to build new Microsoft Azure environments.
- Perform technical support to the team and assist in developing security protocols.
- Utilize DevOps tools to ensure the code compiles and passes any tests.
- Assist the team with upgrades and patches of virtual environments.
- Develop and execute regression test scrips to verify system functionality.
Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 annually.
