Full Job Description
Sigma Defense is seeking a Navy Veteran with Strike Group COP/TDL experience for a position on our Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP)/Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific (EWTGPAC) Team in San Diego, CA as a Common Operational Picture/Tactical Data Links (COP/TDL) Analyst.
The ideal candidate is a former Naval Officer or Senior Enlisted with extensive knowledge of GCCS and LINK while operating within a Navy Strike Group.

Requirements
- In depth experience with Naval Strike Group or Fleet KM-COP/CTP principles or experience managing Common Operational and Tactical Picture Systems including Joint and Coalition GCCS and Tactical Data Information Link (TADIL) to meet warfare commander operational requirements as part of strike group operations.
- Experience implementing knowledge of fleet training methodologies/requirement or equivalent military experience.
- Experience conducting technical troubleshooting and interoperability testing, evaluation, and management of COP/CTP systems (preferably for a Naval Strike Group or Warfare Commander staff).
Candidate Differentiators:
- GCCS and LINK experience.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified discipline.
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active, DoD-issued Secret security clearance.
Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,00 annually.
