Sigma Defense is seeking a Navy veteran with tactical radio operation experience to fill the Tactical Communications Technician position as part of the Distributed Training Architecture Support (DTAS) team at Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP). The ideal candidate has 10 or more years of tactical radio operation, configuration, and maintenance experience with demonstrated supervisory or independent work experience.
We need the rare skill sets in Combat Systems training configuration, operation, maintenance and management that you have developed through your Naval Careers to assist the TTGP Staff in executing their mission of providing advanced tactical training to deploying ships and strike groups through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST).

Join this exceptional team of Technical Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Equipment Technicians and Equipment Operators in the configuration and operation of the Fleet Battle Lab and Modeling & Simulation Control Centers; Synthetic Training Event Planning, Integration and Execution; BMD Systems and Training Support; Tactical Data Management Support and Executive Agent Support.

Requirements
- 10+ years of tactical radio operation, configuration, and maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated supervisory or independent work experience.
- Recent configuration and operation experience with TDL data paths supporting:
- LOS Link 11A
- LOS Link 16
- Joint Range Extension Application Protocol
- Recent experience with military communication protocols and policies.
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess an active, DoD-issued Secret security clearance.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually.
