Euronet Worldwide, Inc. Euronet's customers are served from three core business segments: Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT – including Payments Software), Prepaid (EPAY) and Money Transfer.
We currently have an opening in our Software Division, for a SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST reporting to the Euronet Software Implementations Manager. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position. Primary duties of this position require the configuration, testing, and installation of Euronet software at the client’s site. The position entails responsibility for all phases of the implementation project. The position requires direct work with clients in the implementation, testing, and training on the software products we sell. The position could also require direct participation in the physical arrangement and connection of equipment. These duties are performed under general supervision. Some travel (including international) will be required.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Install software on in-house and customer premises across various environments (QA, Production, etc.).
- Support Dev/QA/UAT testing and document results.
- Analyze software bugs and new requirements, directing them to the relevant teams for further action.
- Perform regular health checks of software and provide active support as needed.
- Conduct internal and external client training sessions.
- Develop implementation/execution plans and track progress.
- Support the development team in introducing best practices for software implementation.
- Track and report testing and development activities to the team on a daily/weekly basis.
- Occasionally work extended hours and weekends based on project needs.
- Some travel will be required, including international travel (less than 30%)
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with databases (Oracle, MySQL).
- Proficiency in Linux/UNIX, including Shell scripting or other scripting languages.
- Familiarity with tools like GIT, Graylog, Grafana, Postman, JMeter, and monitoring tools (ELK stack).
- Experience with ISO 8583, ISO 20022, ATM, POS, E-commerce, and related protocols.
- Experience in the payments industry (Card, Real-Time Payments, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or computer science or comparable work experience.
