We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Auditor to join our Corporate Internal Audit team. If you enjoy assessing IT and security risks, collaborating with global teams, and driving audit initiatives, this role is for you. The position is hybrid and based in Leawood, Kansas or Little Rock, Arkansas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead General IT Controls audits, working closely with process owners and external auditors.
- Develop and grow security and operational audit programs.
- Identify IT and security risks and evaluate internal control frameworks.
- Provide SOX IT guidance and help mitigate risks.
- Review and assess internally developed applications pre-deployment.
- Document audit findings and prepare reports for senior management.
- Support timely remediation of audit findings and action plans.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and support risk assessments.
- Assist in operational reviews, internal investigations, and management requests.
- Enhance the company’s data analytics and robotics audit program.
- Help recruit, onboard, and train Internal Audit staff.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in public accounting or internal audit, focusing on IT controls and security.
- Hands-on experience with SOX 404 IT audits.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or computer science.
- Familiarity with various technologies, security tools, and development methods.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CISA, CIA, ISO27001, NIST CSF).
- Experience in the financial services industry or with international operations is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
