Radiation Technologist (Rad Tech) - Travel

CTTX Health is seeking a skilled and experienced Radiation Technologist (Rad Tech) to join our team. As a Radiation Technologist, you will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures using ionizing radiation, such as X-rays and fluoroscopy. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to obtain high-quality images and ensure accurate patient diagnosis. Key Responsibilities:

• Performing diagnostic imaging procedures using ionizing radiation, such as X-rays and fluoroscopy.
• Positioning patients correctly and ensuring their safety and comfort during procedures.
• Operating and maintaining radiologic equipment.
• Assisting radiologists or other healthcare professionals in interpreting imaging results.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of procedures and outcomes.
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid certification or license as a Radiation Technologist (Rad Tech).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Technologist.
• Proficient in performing diagnostic imaging procedures using ionizing radiation.
• Knowledge of radiologic equipment and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
