Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is an integral part of our operations, responsible for assisting in the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of our eco-friendly products. This role involves various warehouse tasks, from unloading shipments to packing orders, all while supporting our commitment to sustainability and environmental safety. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to work in an eco-conscious environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, ensuring that products are handled with care and accurately recorded.
- Organize and stock eco-friendly products in designated storage areas, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Pick and prepare orders according to customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation for shipping.
- Utilize warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and responsibly to move products as needed.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support warehouse sustainability efforts by using eco-friendly packaging, recycling, and reducing waste whenever possible.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve warehouse processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a secure, clean, and organized work environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in warehouse operations or a similar role is preferred.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or order management systems are a plus.
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and good communication skills.
