Treatment Coordinator

Paseo Ranch Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our orthodontic office, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients. Job Description:

• Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist patients in understanding and accepting recommended treatment plans
• Coordinate treatment plans with the doctor to meet the needs of both the patient and the practice's schedule
• Handle patient inquiries, including explaining treatment options and related costs
• Negotiate financial arrangements with patients or responsible parties
• Handle all treatment paperwork, including consent forms and insurance forms
• 30-34 hours per week

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and act with professionalism
• Must love working with kids
