Tile Sales and Warehouse Associate

TL Floor & Design Scottsdale is a supplier of flooring & surfaces in the Scottsdale area. We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tile Sales and Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a vast selection of high-quality tile, natural stone, LVP, laminate, hardwood, quartz and natural stone for countertops, and provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

As a Tile Sales and Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect tiles for their projects, providing accurate product information, and processing sales transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring the showroom is tidy and appealing to customers.

This role requires a solid understanding of building materials and/or home improvement, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting tiles and providing accurate product information
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records
• Maintain inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
• Organize and maintain the warehouse in a clean and orderly manner
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of tiles
• Prepare orders for shipment and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns

Requirements

• Previous experience in tile sales is preferred
• Strong knowledge of building materials, home improvement particularly in tile and flooring products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $31,668.00 - $52,000.00 per year
