Concord is a full-scope loan servicer and technology company delivering compliant, flexible, and scalable portfolio servicing solutions to meet the demands of loan originators and capital providers – and their customers – in multiple asset classes.
Our team is seeking a System Administrator to provide on-site support in our Scottsdale, AZ office Monday through Friday. The System Administrator is responsible for the daily administration and performance of the company’s workstations and core infrastructure systems. As the first point of contact, you will respond to issues via our ticketing system, collaborate internally to resolve issues, and provide exceptional white-glove service to internal users. This Systems Administrator possesses technical skills as well as strong customer service skills.
Requirements
- Provide hands-on, on-site, and remote technical support, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve all computer software and hardware problems; these include, but are not limited to MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Access, Remote VPN Connectivity, Printing, and Audio-Visual services
- Administer user accounts and active directory; create and maintain in-house documentation, including, but not limited to, set-up checklists, equipment summaries, and documentation of all systems and important information needed
- Maintain Active Directory security groups and ensure they are properly applied to essential file shares, remote access, and various cloud and on-premise applications
- Maintain and enhance Active Directory Group Policies (GPO) to roll out new features and enforce server and workstation compliance in various areas
- Build out and deploy workstations/laptops using company standards for software and security. Onboard new users and demonstrate key features of systems
- Monitor and maintain backup systems to ensure completeness and be prepared to restore data if needed
- Administration of Office 365 SaaS portals. Including but not limited, user licensing assignment, Exchange, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox
- Setup, Configuration, and Patching of Windows Servers to support FTP, file sharing, printing, and various applications used throughout the company
- Working knowledge of cloud services like Microsoft Azure and/or AWS in terms of capabilities in areas such as Saas, IaaS, and PaaS. Understand how it is utilized within the company and interacts, and supplements the core infrastructure
- Minimum 5 years of experience in all aspects of desktop support, network operations, and systems management
- Must be organized and able to prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail with strong follow-up
