Are you an experienced SLP looking for a growth opportunity in your career? Ally Pediatric is looking for a dedicated SLP with the vision to move their career into a supervisory role and work at our location dedicated to clinical fellow mentorship.

Ally Pediatric Speech Pathologists help children find their voice through autonomous communication, self-advocacy, and skills to build a self-determined quality of life. Our Responsive Feeding approach creates positive relationships with food and fosters long term success.  At Ally Pediatric we have created a unique and integrated approach by combining the expertise of Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) and Occupational Therapists (OT) with the expertise of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in a neurodiverse affirming practice. This cross-disciplinary approach allows us to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent supervision and mentorship to the field’s newest SLPs through Clinical Fellow supervision
    • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language and feeding disorders in children
    • Develop individualized care plans to address communication and feeding goals
    • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, feeding skills
    • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including behavior analysts, to create comprehensive and individualized care plans
    • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions (reduced direct caseload due to supervisory position)
    • Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
    • Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from The American Speech Language and Hearing Association (2+ years with CCCs)
  • Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience or interest in working with autistic children
  • Passionate about early intervention and serving children 18 months-12 years
  • Knowledge and pursuit of evidence-based therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including strong written communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and a collaborative model
  • Interest in evidenced-based feeding diagnosis and therapy techniques
