- Salary: $90K - $110K DOE

- Location: Phoenix, AZ - East Valley (Hybrid)
We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our innovative and fast-growing DTC eCommerce startup as we launch a transformative health and wellness brand! As a Sr. Designer, you will work hand-in-hand with the founders to shape and maintain our brand identity across all visual touchpoints, collaborating with marketing, product, and development teams to create engaging digital assets for the website, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all visual materials.
- Design digital assets for the website, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
- Develop print materials such as packaging, promotional flyers, and product catalogs.
- Work closely with marketers, developers, and contractors to design and deliver landing pages, email communications, icons, and illustrations that enhance the user experience and reflect the brand identity.
- Design user interfaces and experiences for the ecommerce website.
- Develop visual content for blog posts, social media updates, and other content marketing initiatives.
- Manage product photography sessions and edit images to align with brand aesthetics.
- Design and produce assets for online and offline advertising campaigns.
- Analyze the performance of design assets and use data to improve future designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Continuously seek out new design trends and techniques.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to meet business objectives and user needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a DTC ecommerce environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a passion for bold experimentation
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of web development principles is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights to design improvements
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and stay updated on industry trends.
