RYNO Strategic Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Marketer to join our team!  

Summary of Position 

As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for executing and managing RYNO branded social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

You are a solution-oriented social media and creative strategist with a passion for media, brand, and content strategy. You enjoy keeping up with social media trends and marketing tactics and have a deep understanding of all social platforms. You are a quick learner, a great communicator, and a team player who values transparency and isn't afraid to suggest or challenge ideas. You get fired up when a post overperforms on social media and can explain why. You’ll provide and execute tactics and strategies to grow RYNO’s online presence with impactful content, run paid social ads, and interpret social analytics to feed additional insights and strategies.

Position Responsibilities 

  • Developing and implementing RYNO social media marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring consistent, high-quality content is published
  • Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, photos, and posts that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor performance, track metrics, and generate reports on campaigns and content performance
  • Stay current with social media trends and algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Support our Client Social Media Marketer in creating and managing client paid ad strategies, collaborating on projects, analyzing social media metrics, liaising with company stakeholders on marketing initiatives, and providing vacation coverage as necessary
  • Be comfortable on camera and engaging with audiences on social media
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Experience in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok using social media analytics tools (ie. Sprout Social)
  • Proven experience executing paid media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Comfortable on camera and engaging with audiences on social media

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience working at an agency managing brand social media strategy
  • Experience creating short-reel story-style content
  • Experience with Canva and other social media-related marketing tools
  • Basic graphic design experience is a plus
