We're hiring an **Industrial Milling Maintenance Mechanic** to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in welding, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance and are looking for a challenging role in a proactive, safety-conscious environment, we want to hear from you!
📌 **Position:** Maintenance Mechanic (Temp-to-Hire)
📍 **Location:** Buckeye, AZ
💼 **Pay Range:** $24-$28/hr
🕒 **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM (with on-call flexibility)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintenance and repair of milling plant equipment
- Welding, electrical, and instrumentation work
- Ensuring timely and safe repairs
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of PPE, fall protection, and lockout/blockout procedures
