Summary of Position
We seek a highly motivated and experienced SEO Manager to co-manage our SEO team and drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights. The position is located in Phoenix however, a rockstar candidate living in one of the following states could be hired to work remotely (regular travel to Phoenix would be required).

As the SEO Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our online presence and driving organic traffic to new heights. Your primary focus will be co-managing the team with our SEO Manager, ensuring the team is equipped with the latest techniques and strategies to deliver exceptional results.

Position Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of SEO professionals, instilling a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and objectives for team members, providing consistent guidance and constructive feedback to drive individual and collective excellence
- Develop and implement comprehensive metrics to measure departmental performance, regularly updating senior management on progress and achievements
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations
- Exercise oversight across all aspects of SEO, from comprehensive keyword research to meticulous on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and impactful link-building initiatives
- Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to align SEO initiatives with overarching marketing objectives, optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency and impact
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Proven track record as an SEO professional with at least 4 years of experience in the field
- 2+ years of strong leadership and management experience
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
- Experience managing or leading a team of SEO team members
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving SEO trends and algorithms
The total compensation for this opportunity includes a base salary range of $80,000 - $95,000, a potential for quarterly bonuses contingent on company performance, plus medical, dental, vision, and employee assistance benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
