Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in a hybrid role based in downtown Phoenix, AZ. As a key finance business partner, you will be responsible for driving actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making processes to achieve the company’s financial goals. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop financial forecasts, analyze business performance, and provide strategic recommendations that align with the organization's objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. You will be a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting for leadership, including budget variance analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to analyze key financial metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations for optimizing performance.
• Lead the development of financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business strategy.
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and development of the monthly forecast and annual budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools for better efficiency and accuracy.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of corporate FP&A or similar finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a high attention to details.
• Self-motivated and disciplined with excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience working with large amounts of data.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Alteryx a plus.
