Senior Electrical Estimator

We are a booming electrical contractor in search of a Senior Electrical Estimator who will play a pivotal role on our team. This position requires a skilled individual with expertise in estimating for electrical construction who is eager for the opportunity to move into decision-making and leadership for our most significant projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all estimates are accurate and comprehensive.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates for project bids.
• Review project plans, specifications, and technical documents to ensure completeness and accuracy of estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members throughout the process.
• Analyze market trends and material costs to provide competitive estimates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in electrical estimating roles

• Proficient in estimating software and tools (we use McCormick)
• Experience with commercial, industrial, and mission critical projects ranging from $1-20M
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
