Senior Analyst

• Title: Senior Analyst
• Rate: $50 - $60/hr DOE (12 month contract)
• Requirements: BS Degree, 3+ years analytical exp, Advanced Excel
• Location: 100% Remote

We have a long-term contract opportunity with a Fortune 100 client undergoing a nationwide ERP system deployment. We’re seeking an experienced Analyst to support the rollout by triaging data configuration issues identified by end users during launch. This role is split evenly between data analysis and end-user support, requiring a strong mix of technical and interpersonal skills. If this sounds like you, please apply!

Responsibilities:

• Leverage Excel for data analysis, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Act as the first point of contact for field questions related to ERP (Oracle Maintenance Cloud) via the ticketing system.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and resolution for system related issues.
• Assist with configuring and customizing Oracle Maintenance Cloud to meet evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment across multiple sites.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by identifying and addressing root issues, offering training, and resolving end-user concerns.
• Collaborate with field users to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience as an analyst, with strong problem solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with field personnel.
• Prior experience supporting end users in the context of large-scale ERP system deployments
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with a go-getter mentality.
