Position Description
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Associate to join our team and deliver an outstanding customer experience by handling inbound and outbound calls from prospects. The ideal candidate will collect information, conduct research, and address inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner. Our dynamic team provides comprehensive training on our products and services, equipping career-driven specialists with the knowledge and expertise they need to be successful.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience through the handling of inbound and outbound calls from potential prospects.
- Gather information, research, and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
- Apply your product and services knowledge and expertise when responding to telephone inquiries.
- Document customer interactions and create customer profiles.
- Prepare standard reports.
- Ability to work on assignments and contribute to the overall success of the Inside Sales Team.
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English (preferred not required).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to balance workload in a fast-paced professional environment.
