Project Manager (Mitigation/Restoration)

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial restoration. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Manage project budget and ensure financial goals are achieved
• Oversee the execution of construction activities and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
• Ensure project safety standards are followed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration industry
• Proven experience with both Mitigation and Restoration
• Must have a minimum of 2 yrs in the restoration industry
• Experienced managing teams of people
• 2 yrs experience as a field supervisor preferred
• Must have experience estimating
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards
