Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
  • Ensure that all required project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project leaders.
  • Assist in budget management by tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in construction project management or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and adapt to changing conditions.
