Role Overview

As our Production Floor Sewing Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our operations, leading and inspiring a team of skilled professionals. You'll drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in our dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor, a team of sewing leads and operators, ensuring they meet production goals while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality control standards to deliver exceptional products to our customers.
• Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline workflows and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement accountability measures to drive individual and team success.
• Safety Champion: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate staff and resources to meet production demands and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing sewing setting
• In-depth knowledge of sewing equipment, garment patterns, and production processes
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and process improvements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to adapt to new technologies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to make informed decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a talent for building trust and respect across all levels

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Occasional flexibility required for early starts or late finishes
