Responsibilities
- Perform regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning, vacuuming, and water testing
- Repair and troubleshoot pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, and heaters
- Diagnose and resolve pool water chemistry issues
- Install and replace pool liners, tiles, and other components
- Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance and repair activities
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Pool Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of pool maintenance and repair techniques
- Familiarity with pool equipment and chemicals
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose pool equipment issues
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
