SEVEN @ Caesar's Republic Scottsdale is currently looking for a Pool/Cocktail Server to join our team!

We're searching for a candidate who can: 

• Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests’ orders, and up-sell when applicable.
• Support the development of repeat clientele and establish relationships.
• Book VIP reservations.
• Execute VIP presentations.
• Provide ongoing table maintenance.
• Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
• Assists other associates as needed to meet guests' needs.
• Be comfortable working in a swimsuit.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills – fluent in English.  
• The ability to work with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
