JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their condition and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to patients
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and exercises for at-home care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient cases
