As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or other medical conditions, and regain their mobility and functionality.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their condition and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to patients
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and exercises for at-home care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Previous experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient cases
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care
