Physical Therapist

 We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Arizona. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, assessing their needs, and developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans. The ideal candidate should be licensed to practice in the state of Arizona and have a strong background in physical therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical and functional abilities - Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, manage pain, and regain strength
• Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to support patients' rehabilitation
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families about the treatment process and exercises to be done at home
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients

Requirements

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona
• Proven experience as a physical therapist, preferably in a clinical setting
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting wellness
• Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and modalities
